ALESSIO CUOZZOBSc(Hons) Architecture, DipArch, ARB
Alessio studied at the Architectural Association, Canterbury School of Architecture and University of East London. He gained an extensive background in high-end residential design and construction and multi unit residential developments at Norton Ellis Architects prior to founding JAA, with amongst others, working on one of the largest penthouses in London and as project architect on their acclaimed Fitzrovia Mews project.
He has been published in Building Design, the Architects Journal and the RIBA Annual, long-listed for the Evolo Skyscraper competition and runner-up for the international Apple Flagship competition in Chicago. He has lectured and critiqued at the Bartlett, London Met and the University for the Creative Arts.
JENNY FLEMINGBSc(Hons) Architecture, DipArch, ARB
Jenny studied at the Architectural Association, Canterbury School of Architecture and Queens University Belfast. Prior to founding JAA, she worked in several small practices in the UK and Ireland as well as at a Design & Build contractor, giving her a rich understanding of construction and project management from both the viewpoint of the architect and the contractor. She has previously worked on refurbishments of the flagship store at Liberty London and has extensive experience in both the residential and hospitality sectors.
She was a visiting tutor and lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire in 2013 and has lectured and critiqued at the Bartlett, University of Brighton, London Met and the University for the Creative Arts. Outside of architecture, her love of graphic design and colour led her to illustrate and publish the children’s book “Life Ain’t Easy… Is It?” in 2014.
